App Store User Guide
You can view the apps you purchased using your Apple ID in the Purchased list on any of your Mac computers. If you don’t want certain apps to appear in that list, you can hide them. You can also uninstall apps that you no longer need.

- Tap and hold the app you want to delete. The apps will begin to jiggle. Tap the X on the app. From the Library pop-up menu, choose Apps. Click the app you want to delete. Press Delete on your keyboard.
- Hmm - the App Store reads spotlight and your index has found an application bundle matching that app identifier. One of those answers had a step to rebuild your spotlight database. That will let you know if a filesystem contains that app. – bmike ♦ Dec 30 '12 at 21:59.
View purchased apps
In the App Store on your Mac, click your name in the bottom-left corner, or click Sign In if you’re not already.
Your account appears with all of your purchased apps.
If you’re using a Mac computer with Apple silicon, any iPhone or iPad apps you purchased that work on your Mac are also listed. Click iPhone & iPad Apps to see the list of apps. See Use iPhone and iPad apps on Mac with Apple silicon.
Hide and show apps
In the App Store on your Mac, click your name in the bottom-left corner, or click Sign In if you’re not already.
Do any of the following:
Hide a purchased app: Hold the pointer over an app, click the Show More button , then choose Hide Purchase.
View hidden apps: Click View Information. In the window that appears, click Manage, then click Unhide to the right of the app you want to show. When you’re finished, click Done.
Uninstall apps
On your Mac, drag the app from the Applications folder to the Trash (located at the end of the Dock), then choose Finder > Empty Trash.
Note: You can’t uninstall apps that are part of macOS, such as Safari and Mail.

Check the website to see how to uninstall it. If you can't find it...
Drag the application to the trash.
Go to ~/Library/Application Support and trash the folder the goes with the game.
Go to ~/Library/Cache/ and find the cache that is the same or similar to the game name and delete that. (You will probably have to secure empty the trash.)
Delete App From Apple Store
Go to ~/Library/Preferences/ Find the file name and this time it will end in .plist. Delete the file. This is the file that holds all of the preferences for the game.
