I want to know if it is possible to run Windows games on a Mac. I do not want to install Windows on a Mac, because (in my opinion) that is stupid and defeats the purpose of having a Mac in the first place. Is there an emulator that will allow me to run Windows games on a Mac? I heard that Macs now come with a built-in emulator. This this true?
In summary, I just want to be able to play the following games on a Mac:
- Team Fortress 2
- Diablo 3
- The Sims 3
- Guild Wars
- Guild Wars 2
- Starcraft 2
- Left 4 Dead 2
Is this possible? And if so, how do I do it?

To access Windows, you have to turn your Mac off and then turn it on while holding the Option (Alt) key. You will be asked from which drive you’d like to boot. Note that while in Windows, the Mac’s Command key functions as the Windows key, while the Option key functions as the Alt key. No, unfortunately for the time being there’s no way to do so. However if you manage to procure a bootable iso of Mac OS from torrents and try to run it on a VM then you can run the game on the virtual machine but you know its too much of a task to do and the game won’t run good that way.
